Rita was in her mid 30’s and had been living with her parents for her entire life. She had been content to stay with them and not venture out into the world, but when her mother passed away suddenly, her entire family decided to relocate 13 hours and 1 600 km’s away, leaving her behind. Rita was devastated. She felt betrayed and alone, like she had been abandoned by the people she loved. She had no other family or friends to turn to, so she withdrew into her own mind, retreating from the world around her. Days and weeks passed, and Rita began to have strange dreams. In her dreams, she found herself in a strange, dark world, surrounded by shadows and mysterious figures. She would try to escape, but she couldn’t make it out alive. It was like her mind was playing games with her, trapping her in her own thoughts. Rita had no idea what was happening to her, but she felt like something was wrong. She began to have panic attacks and started to lose her grip on reality. One night, Rita woke up with a start, and for the first time in weeks, actually felt alive. She noticed a figure in her room – a tall, dark figure shrouded in shadows. Rita was terrified and tried to run, but the figure moved closer to her. It was then that she realized that the figure wasn’t there to hurt her, but to help her. The figure told Rita that it was time for her to confront her fears and face the truth. Rita was confused, but followed the figure out of her room. She found herself in a strange, dark place, surrounded by shadows and mysterious figures. Rita was scared, but the figure reassured her. It told her that she had been trapped in her own mind, and that it was time to make peace with her past and learn to accept her new reality. The figure then handed Rita a small object – a key. With this key, Rita was finally able to unlock the door to her inner world and face her fears. She stepped out of her own mind and into the real world, ready to start a new life. Rita had finally accepted her new reality, and she was now free to move on with her life. She was no longer trapped in her own mind, and she was ready to take on whatever the future had in store for her.

Have you ever stopped to think about what your ideal day would look like? As a man in my 30s from South Africa, I have certain goals and aspirations for my life, and I’d love to share my vision of the perfect day with you.
It all starts with a good night’s sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized, ready to tackle the day ahead. I take a few minutes to stretch and meditate, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day.
Next, I head to the gym for a workout. Exercise is important for both my physical and mental well-being, and I feel great after a good sweat session.
After the gym, I come home to a nutritious breakfast with my family. We sit down together and chat about our plans for the day, enjoying each other’s company.
Next up is work. I have a fulfilling and rewarding job that allows me to use my skills and talents to make a difference in the world. I’m grateful for this opportunity and I take pride in the work I do.
In the afternoon, I take some time for myself. This might be a hobby, like photography or reading, or simply spending time outdoors, enjoying nature and getting some fresh air. I find that taking breaks from work and doing things that I enjoy helps me recharge and be more productive when I return to work.
Later in the day, I spend time with my family. Whether it’s a family outing or simply playing games or cooking dinner together, I cherish this time and the bond we share.
As the evening approaches, I take some time to reflect on the day and set intentions for the next day. I write in my journal, meditate, or simply relax with a good book or TV show.
Finally, it’s time for bed. I slip into a comfortable bed and drift off to sleep, feeling grateful for another day of growth and fulfillment.
In conclusion, my ideal day is filled with a balance of work, exercise, family time, and self-care. It’s a day where I am able to live out my goals and aspirations, and feel fulfilled and content with life.
I hope that sharing my vision of the perfect day has inspired you to reflect on your own ideal life. Remember, it’s never too late to make changes and work towards a fulfilling and balanced life.
As a man in my 30s, I believe that life is about continuous growth and improvement. While my perfect day is a great starting point, I understand that there will be challenges and obstacles along the way. But, I am committed to making the most of each day, learning from my mistakes, and keeping my focus on my goals and aspirations.
I am also open to new opportunities and experiences that come my way. Whether it’s a new job, travel, or meeting new people, I embrace change and look forward to what the future holds.
Finally, I am thankful for the support of my loved ones. Whether it’s my partner, friends, or family, I know that I am not alone on this journey. I cherish the relationships in my life and am grateful for the love and support they provide.
So, here’s to living out your ideal day and making the most of each moment. Remember, you are in control of your own life and have the power to create the future you want. Keep working towards your goals, embrace change, and don’t be afraid to take risks. The future is bright, and the possibilities are endless.

This blog will provide an overview of both social media and marketing, as well as a look at the latest trends and strategies that can be used to gain the most from them.
Memories of an Oldschool,Chunky, yet iconic trend setter.As Ugly as she may look to some, She remains an absolute beauty in my mind. My first affair with technology and the true inspiration, which sparked my interest to journey into the digitalworld i live in today.Now that’s love at first sight!
When prompted to write about my first computer, I suddenly had an overflow of memories come back simultaneously. What an honor it is to have been born into that generation!
Oh my word!
This just brought a ton of memories back for me.
It was in fact the ever so, Iconic 386 in a flat (although rather chunky) box which stood on the desk and basically took up all your space.
This essentially meant that my previous desk and had-been homework station had somehow turned into an unintended extension of this incredible machine by simply creating artificial wooden legs for this titan of a PC.
It also had a big bulky monitor which stood on top of the box, which I’ll never be able to forget as its size and weight was in a class of its own and even worse barely movable.
This was especially difficult for a foundation grade, (primary school boy,) which I was at the time to try move it around solo. I used to dread having to pack it up and move it to the garage for storage when I had Projects or assignments for school as my parents would insist I had the desk free for these kinds of projects.
I guess this made sense as we still used the old encyclopedias as points of reference for research etc, and even they would require almost more space than the desk could provide, and this even without that clunk of technological marvel taking over all the available room.
The monitor displayed black and orange, then upgraded to a black and green colored display on its screen.
It had only Floppy and Stiffy, and I recall turbo pascal (If memory serves me right.) and ran the test drive racing game with extremely high pixels and horrible sound from in the box, sounding like a bunch of different pitched beeps and boops to try and imitate actual sound FX, which in fact did a horrible job, come to think of it
Hahaha, those were the good old days and boy has tech come a long way since… Though the technology of the time has come a long way, jumping from the 386 to modern graphics and sound that are now commonplace, there is still something nostalgic about looking back at the early days of computing and the amazing memories I have of these times.
